Question:
We have a small group of cyclists (10) and need to route from the Engen 1 stop Blockhouse to the R716. Are we allowed to use the R57 – (about 30 km)?
Answer:
Cyclists are allowed on any road where a road sign does NOT prohibit them specifically, and NOT on a freeway.
If a road is not designated as a freeway, a cyclist is allowed to use it.
